Welcome to PJBM Membership Renewal section. Before making an online renewal,
please read the Renewal Step below:

1. Fill in the Renewal form below. Make sure all the details are correct before submitting.
    
2. Make a payment to our CIMB Bank Account: 80-0218043-4 Persatuan Jurulatih Bolasepak Malaysia based on your membership type.
   Normal Members : RM 150.00
   Affiliate Members : RM 600.00
   Lifetime Members : RM 160.00
    
3. Attach the supporting documents such as passport-sized photo, copy of membership card, Coaching Certificates (if upgrade), and proof of payment to the account  mentioned above.
    
4. Check all details and click ‘Submit’.
